Mrs. Veronica O. Everett, 94, entered into eternal rest on January 6, 2019 in Harlingen, TX.

She was preceded in death by her husband: Edward R. Everett; parents: Pablo and Lucia Gonzalez; sister: Grace Elliott and brother: Pablo “Buddy” Gonzalez, Jr.

Surviving her are her children: Cornell (Rosalva Ceron) Everett, Cynthia Ann (Arturo Ramirez Jr. †) Everett, Edward Michael (Diana R.) Everett, Margaret Susan Everett; 15 grandchildren and 29 great-grandchildren; siblings: Irma Yancey, Teresa Thomson, Ricardo Gonzalez as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

The family will receive condolences on Thursday, January 10, 2019 from 5 to 9 p.m. at Joe Jackson North Funeral Chapels & Cremation Services, 1410 Jacaman Rd.; where a Rosary will be recited at 7 p.m.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 11, 2019. Procession will depart at 8:30 a.m. from Joe Jackson North Funeral Chapels to St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church (Mother Cabrini) for a Mass of Christian Burial at 9 a.m.

Rite of Committal & Interment will follow at the Laredo City Cemetery.
