Sylvia Rogerio, 60, joined our Lord in His heavenly kingdom on Saturday, June 8, 2024.
A beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. Sylvia was born on April 16, 1964, in Raymondville, Texas. She dedicated her career to the medical field, which began with Dr. Cavazos and then went on to work for Dr. Antonio Mancera in Laredo, Texas working as an Account Specialist for 5 plus years.
Sylvia was known for her vibrant personality and her love for family gatherings. She enjoyed watching her grandkids play sports and cherished Sunday breakfasts with her loved ones. Sylvia also took pride in her appearance, always ensuring her manicures and pedicures were immaculate.
She was preceded in death by her son, Victor Rogerio; her parents Servando and Olga Ramirez.
Left to cherish her memory is her beloved husband of 40 years of marriage, Eduardo Rogerio, Sr.; her children, Eduardo (Denise) Rogerio, Jr., and Robert (Esther) Rogerio, Sr.; her grandchildren, Kassandra Rodriguez, Kelsie Rodriguez, Karen Rodriguez, Victor E. Rogerio, Robert Rogerio, Jr., and Raymond Rogerio; her siblings, Servando (Thelma) Ramirez, Veronica (Jose) Maldonado, Leticia Rangel, Daniel (Elda) Ramirez, and Juan Ramirez; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended relatives, and friends.
The family will be receiving condolences on Thursday evening, June 13, 2024 from 5 to 9 p.m. at Joe Jackson North Funeral Chapels & Cremation Services, 1410 Jacaman Rd.; where a Vigil for the Deceased and Rosary will commence at 7 p.m.
Funeral Services will be conducted on Friday morning, June 14, 2024 departing at 9 a.m. from Joe Jackson North Funeral Chapels to San Martin de Porres Catholic Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 a.m.
Rite of Committal and Interment will follow at the family plot of the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be: Eduardo Rogerio, Jr., Robert Rogerio, Sr., Michael Ramirez, J.B. Maldonado, Jose Madrigal, Logan O’Brian, Raymundo Miranda, and Ricardo Rangel.
