Miss Stephanie Denise Camacho, 26, left this world and joined the heavenly garden on February 12, 2022 in Laredo, Texas. Her sudden parting has left a void in our hearts and on those who knew and loved her.
Stephanie was educated at local laredo public schools and graduated from the J.W. Nixon High School Class of 2013, where she then went on to pursue her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with a Minor in Psychology in 2018 from Texas A&M International University. After fulfilling her academic goals, she went on to join the US Border Patrol Academy Class #1174 in Artesia, New Mexico and was recently assigned to the Laredo North Sector, where she diligently worked to protect America’s borders.
She is preceded in death by her maternal grandfather Maximino Cordoba, sister Seleste Alianna Camacho.
Stephanie is survived by her loving parents, Jose and Martha Camacho Jr.; her sisters Sarah, Samantha, Scarlett, brother J.J. Camacho and niece Alianna Michelle; her maternal grandmother, Matilde Córdoba; her paternal grandparents, Mr. And Mrs. Jose Camacho; her fiancée Troy Valdez, as well as her extended family that loved her. She will be missed by her friends who meant the world to her.

The family will be receiving condolences on Tuesday, February 15, 2022 from 4 until 9 p.m. at Joe Jackson North Funeral Chapels & Cremation Services, 1410 Jacaman Rd.; where Prayer Service will commence at 7 p.m., by Rev. Dorso Maciel
A funeral service will be held in the chapel at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, February 16, 2022 with Rev. Dorso Maciel. Upon the conclusion of the service, the procession will depart to the Laredo City Cemetery, where she will be laid to rest alongside her sister.
Pallbearers will be the United States Border Patrol Honor Guard Team.
