Santos Costilla Sr.

Santos Costilla was born in Austin, Texas to Santos Costilla and Maria Aguirre from Dolores Hidalgo Guanajuato.-Santitos as he was called went to be with the Lord on September 20, 2011.-Mr. Costilla retired from the Laredo Bridge System on October 31, 1986, having served 44 years and 11 months.

Santos Costilla was preceded in death by his parents Santos and Maria Aguirre Costilla, son Javier A. Costilla, brother Agapito Costilla, grandson Javier A. Costilla, Jr., and granddaughter Amy Maldonado.

He is survived by his loving wife Juanita S. Costilla, children: Elvia A. (Daniel) Maldonado, Santos (Laura) Costilla, Jr., Emilio Costilla, Tomas Costilla, Sylvia Nydia (Zeke) Ramirez, Antonio Costilla, Alex Costilla, Sandra (Jaime) Vasquez, Elda "Apple" Costilla, and Irma (Luis) Ramirez, Sr. He is also survived by 30 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, and other loved relatives.
