Romeo Amador Uribe II

August 12, 1959 — May 21, 2026

Conroe, Texas

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Romeo Uribe II, a devoted father, grandfather, brother and friend, who departed this life on May 21, 2026, at the age of 66. Born on August 12, 1959, Romeo was a man of remarkable talent and unwavering dedication.

From his youth, he was destined for great achievements —graduating high school at 16, excelling as a phenomenal dual-sport athlete in football and baseball along with managing his family business to later mold into his own career. His exceptional potential even led the U.S. Marines to scout him for a leadership track. That same drive shaped his adult life as a self-made businessman who successfully built multiple companies from the ground up. More than an entrepreneur, he was a devoted father whose love knew no bounds; he never faltered from his daughter’s side through thick and thin. Along with successfully operating his automotive business, he was also a true farmer-rancher at heart. He found his greatest joy on the ranch, out in the open air driving a tractor; plowing, planting seeds and baling hay. His love for history and the story of how the Uribe name became to be part of Texas reflected into his legacy as a leader in his life. He was a deeply accomplished man who lived with a spirit of generosity, always extending a helping hand to anyone in need.
