RODOLFO PEQUEÑO, JR.

June 7, 1956 – May 30, 2023

Rodolfo Pequeño, Jr., 66, joined our Lord in His heavenly kingdom on Tuesday, May 30, 2023. Rodolfo “Rudy” Pequeño, Jr. was a retired Border Patrol Agent. He was born and raised in Del Rio, Tx. He will be best remembered as a man of his word who had great Honor and Integrity. He was an avid outdoorsman, rancher, hunter, golfer, and overall, a true jack of all trades. Most importantly, he was the strength and foundation of his family and he will be immensely missed.

He was preceded in passing by: his parents, Rodolfo Pequeño, Sr. and Maria Luisa Pequeño; brother, Raul Pequeño; nephews, Ramon Menchaca, Jr. and Joe A. Rivero, III.

Left to cherish his memory are: his loving spouse, Patricia Pequeño; daughters, Veronica Pequeño (Richard Portillo) and Andrea (Jesse) Newsome; five grandchildren, Greg Rodriguez, Yazmeen Rodriguez, Victoria Portillo, Kaiser Newsome, and Alexandra Newsome; siblings, Elza (Selestino) Zamora, Robert (Debbie) Pequeño, Nereida (Ramon) Menchaca, and Ricardo (Rosemary) Pequeño; sister-in-law, Esperanza Pequeño; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended relatives, and friends.

The family will be receiving condolences on Saturday evening, June 3, 2023 from 5 to 9 p.m. at Joe Jackson North Funeral Chapels & Cremation Services, 1410 Jacaman Rd.; where a Vigil for the Deceased and Prayer Service will commence at 7 p.m.

A Private Cremation will be held at a later time.
