ROBERT LOERA

November 22, 1943 – March 13, 2023

Robert Loera, 79, joined our Lord in His heavenly kingdom on Monday, March 13, 2023 surrounded by his loving family.

He was preceded in passing by: his brother Andy Ramirez, and his mother and father.

Left to cherish his memory are:  his loving wife Maria Loera; his brother David Ramirez, his sons Robert Jr, Bobby, David Rodriguez, Pete (Rachelle) Rodriguez; his grandchildren Robbie Loera, Tiffany Loera, Kelly Loera, Cici Loera, Ariel Rodriguez, Alyssa Rodriguez, Samantha Rodriguez, Olivia Bartolo, Emilio Bartolo, and Brooklyn Styes; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended relatives, and friends.

The family will be receiving condolences on Thursday evening, March 16, 2023 from 5 to 9 p.m. at Joe Jackson North Funeral Chapels & Cremation Services, 1410 Jacaman Rd.; where a Vigil for the Deceased and Rosary will commence at 7 p.m.

Rite of Committal and Interment will follow Friday afternoon, March 17, 2023 at 12 p.m. at the family plot of the Assumption Cemetery, 3650 S I-35 Frontage Rd. Austin, Texas.  

Pallbearers will be: Pete Rodriguez, David Rodriguez, Robert Loera Jr, Bobby, Robbie Loera and Emilio Bartolo.

Honorary Pallbearers will be: David Ramirez, Armando Montiel, and Frank Puentes

The family would like to extend their most heartfelt gratitude to the Laredo Medical Center dedicated ICU Nurses and medical staff for their exceptional care and compassion.
