RICARDA ROCHA

April 23, 1955 – August 24, 2020

Ricarda Rocha, 65, joined our Lord in His heavenly kingdom on Monday, August 24, 2020.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Araceli Rocha; grandson, Baby Daniel Rocha; parents, Isidoro and Felipa Martinez de Gaytan; and brothers, Evodio Gaytan, Fernando (Benita) Gaytan, Mario Gaytan, and Gerardo Gaytan.

Left to cherish her memory are her two sons, Steven Rocha (Maria Martinez) and Danny Rocha; grandchildren, Andrew Rocha, Nathan Rocha, Dyandra Rocha, and Danny Rocha, Jr.; and siblings, Inocencia (Mauro †) Castillo, Teresa (Jose) Placencia, Alicia (Tomas) Rocha, Rachel (Jose) Calderon, Francisco (Hortencia) Gaytan, Isidoro (Norma) Gaytan, Jr., and Gabriel (Juana) Gaytan; sisters-in-law, Carolina Gaytan, Felipa Gaytan, and Dora Gaytan; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

The family will be receiving condolences on Friday evening, August 28, 2020 from 5 to 9 p.m. at Joe Jackson Heights Funeral Chapels & Cremation Services, 719 Loring at Cortez; where a Vigil for the Deceased and Rosary will commence at 7 p.m.

A Chapel Service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday morning, August 29, 2020 at Joe Jackson Heights Funeral Chapels.

Rite of Committal and Interment will follow at the family plot of the Laredo City Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be:  Ismael Juarez, Jose Calderon, Jr., Gerardo Gaytan, Steven Rocha, Tomas Rocha, and Francisco Gaytan, Jr.
