Ramona Castro

Ramona Castro, 75, beloved Sister, was called to her eternal resting place on August 25, 2019. She entered this world on September 17, 1943, born to Guadalupe and Guadalupe Castro. A lifelong Laredoan, she is survived by her brother, Juan Manuel Castro, and her nephews, John Anthony and Ronnie Castro. A lifelong Laredoan and devout Catholic, Ramona loved volunteering her time and service to San Luis Rey Church.

The family will receive condolences on Friday, August 30, from 4-9 pm at Joe Jackson North Funeral & Cremation Services; Rosary to be recited at 7 p.m.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at San Luis Rey Catholic Church on Saturday, August 31, at 8:30 am. There will be no procession from the funeral home. All attending are asked to meet at the church prior to the service.

Procession will form and follow to the Calvary Catholic Cemetery at 3600 McPherson Road, Laredo, TX 78040.
