Pedro Litman, 89, joined our Lord in His heavenly kingdom on Saturday, November 8, 2025 in Edinburg, Texas

Pedro was one of eleven children born to Steve and Luz (Pulido) Litman and raised in Laredo, Texas. He graduated from Martin High School before enlisting in the U.S. Air Force. While in the Air Force, he was a jet mechanic and worked on F-89s and B-47s. After being honorably discharged, he returned to Laredo where he married Elena Saldaña †. He worked for the local cable company for many years before semi retiring with an office machine repair company. Pedro enjoyed fishing and woodworking in his workshop. He loved sharing his creations with family and friends by gifting them.

He always said he prayed for everyone by name and he always placed everything in God’s hands. His favorite color was blue, so, as a final tribute, the family requests wearing blue in his honor and memory.

He was preceded in death by his parents Steve and Luz Litman; his siblings, Joe Frank, John, Alice, Sophie, Lucy, Steve, George and Gabriel; also, numerous nieces and nephews.

Left to cherish his memory are his children: Jo Ann (Bernardo) Serna, Peter (Rachel) Litman, Paul (Teresa) Litman, Joyce Litman and Jason Litman; his grandchildren, Bernadette, Joseph, Ryan, Garrett, Megan, Dominic, Matthew, Skye, Madelyn, and Emma; five great grandchildren; his siblings, Jane Garcia and Jesse Litman as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
