Paulino de Leon, Jr.

Mr. Paulino De Leon, Jr., 78, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, August 2, 2020, with his family by his side.

He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and brother. He worked most of his life as an owner-operator (truck driver). He loved his family dearly and would always extend his hand for anyone in need.

He was preceded in death by his parents Paulino and Raymunda De Leon; siblings: Ramona Reyes, Homero de Leon, Enrique de Leon, Santos de Leon, and grand-mother Julia Menchaca.

Left to cherish his memory are his beloved wife Yolanda Moncivais de Leon; four daughters: Alicia (Albino) Santos Jr., Anselma (Jose) Escobar, Noelia (Jose) Melendez, and Marisol (Francisco Hernandez); 16 grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren; siblings: Luis de Leon, Alcario de Leon, Angela de Leon, and Oscar de Leon, as well as numerous nieces and nephews, family and friends.

The family will receive condolences on Thursday, August 6, 2020, from 4 to 9 in the evening at Joe Jackson North Funeral & Cremation Services, 1410 Jacaman Rd.  A Vigil for the Deceased and Rosary will be offered at 7 p.m.

A procession will depart at 8:30 a.m. to Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church for a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 9 a.m.

Rite of Committal and Interment will follow at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Jesus Cisneros Jr., Ernesto Santos, Albino Santos III, Roberto Jimenez, Jr., Mario Alberto Jimenez, Jesus J. Melendez, Jose G. Melendez, Jr., and Gerald Martinez.
