Oscar Roberto Martinez
January 29, 1944 – July 26, 2025
Oscar Roberto Martinez, 81, joined our Lord in His heavenly kingdom on Saturday, July 26, 2025.
It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved father and husband, Oscar Roberto Martinez. He was an extremely hard-working man who lived to provide and protect his family and loved ones. There wasn’t anything he wouldn’t give or do to guarantee their safety and needs.
The other commitment in his life was his business, City Radiator and Auto Air, which was started by his father in 1946 and continues to this very day. Oscar was only 12 years old when he began assisting his father and older brother Gilbert with this task. Little did he know that he would one day become the owner and bring it to new heights and success! He loved City Radiator, and it was extremely difficult to get him to leave work early to travel or simply go home on time. He gave the business 57 years of his life, and he loved every minute of it.
The greatest part of this incredible man was his HEART! Oscar had a sincere love and kindness for everyone he knew and encountered for the first time. There were countless moments when he would randomly surprise his family with things they didn’t even know they were missing. He did this for his entire family and even for a stranger he would overhear with a problem. It didn’t matter if they were close to him or not; all he needed was to hear that someone was lacking, and he would take it upon himself to provide whatever was necessary.
He was ALL LOVE!
Oscar was also extremely playful and had a list of jokes that just never ended… Those who knew him well can only smile when thinking of him, because chances are, if you were with him, you were probably laughing!
Thank you for loving him…..
