He is survived by his wife: Maria M. Torres; son: Federico Torres; grandchildren: Krystal Guadalupe Torres, Karla Torres, Karina Torres, Kimberly Torres, Federico Torres, Jr.; sister: Eva T. (Felipe C.) Narvaez.-He is also survived by other loved relatives and friends.
