Melissa Sanchez

Melissa Sanchez, born on January 14, 1985, in Dallas, Texas, ascended to the heavenly realm on October 31, 2025, at the age of 40. Her life, marked by love, joy, and an unwavering spirit, is celebrated by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Melissa will be remembered for her fun-loving spirit, quick wit, and infectious laughter that could light up any room. She had a gift for making people smile and finding joy in life’s simplest moments. Known for her kindness and genuine heart, she cared deeply for those around her and always offered love and encouragement to family and friends. Melissa shared a special bond with her beloved dog, TonTon, and treasured the happiness and companionship he brought into her life. Her warmth, humor, and joyful energy will be deeply missed and forever cherished by all who knew her.

Preceding her in eternal rest are her father, Jose Sanchez; husband, Brandon Benavides; and both her maternal and paternal grandparents.

She is survived by her loving mother, Linda Martinez; her sister, Michelle Williams; and her nephew, Joseph Chavarria. Melissa is also remembered fondly by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends.

A Private Cremation will be held at a later date.
