Maria Yolanda Peña

Maria Yolanda Peña, 59, joined our Lord in His heavenly kingdom on Tuesday, March 24, 2026.

She was preceded in death by her father, Jose Guadalupe Peña Cabriales, and her uncle, Dr. Sigifredo Perez.

Left to cherish her memory are her loving husband, Ernesto Maldonado Rodriguez; her mother, Yolando Perez; her brother, Jose Guadalupe (Juanita Ibarra) Peña Perez; her nieces, Nidia Peña, Maria J. Peña, and Arianna Peña; her aunts and uncle, Nidia J. Perez (Dr. Oscar Miguel Garcia) and Dr. Evelia Perez; as well as many cousins, other loving relatives, and friends.

The family will be receiving condolences on Wednesday afternoon, March 25, 2026, from 1 to 5 p.m. at Joe Jackson North Funeral Chapels & Cremation Services, 1410 Jacaman Rd., where a Vigil for the Deceased and Rosary will commence at 3 p.m.

A private cremation will be held at a later date.
