Luis Martinez, Sr., 77, entered into eternal rest on Friday, October 29, 2010.

Luis was preceded in death by his parents Mr. and Mrs. Nieves Martinez, Sr.; daughter, Alma G. Martinez; and brothers Oscar, Nieves Jr. and Jose E. Martinez.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 52 years Elia L. Martinez; sons Luis Martinez, Jr. (Teresa), Victor J. Martinez (Kathy), Jorge E. Martinez (Sylvia) and Daniel Martinez (Christy); grandchildren, Luis A., Estevan M., Cristina E., Marylou, Melissa, Aaron D, Nicolas, Joshua, Brandon G., Allison G., D.J., and Noah Martinez; and great-grandchildren Luis A., Isabella, and Carolina. He is also survived by his brother and sisters, Tomas (Angela) Martinez, Maria R. Martinez, Gloria (Juan) Morales, and Martha (Jorge) Rendon as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
