Lauro was preceded in death by his brother: Gerardo Soto; his grandmothers: Felipa Martinez Vda de Soto, Faustina Mendez, and numerous other relatives.
He is survived by his wife: Maria de los Angeles Soto; children: Karina Adame, Lauro Soto III., Susana (Jeffrey) Castillo, and Ezequiel (Laura) Soto; grandchildren: April and Jaime Adame, Jeffrey, Jr., Jenesis, Jordan, and Jazzelle Castillo, Lauro H., Luis E., Lizbeth and Ellie Sophia Soto; parents: Lauro and Josefina Soto; siblings: Agustin, Juan Angel, Arturo (Lupe), Maria Guadalupe, Eduardo, Luis (Melissa), Zulema (Isauro) Valle, Sandra (Luis Eduardo) Valdez and numerous nephews, nieces and other loved relatives and friends.
Pallbearers are:-Lauro Soto III., Ezequiel Soto, Arturo Soto, Luis Soto, Jose Eusebio Contreras, Luis E. Valdez, Juan Ricardo Estrada, and Rodolfo Veliz, Jr.
