She is preceded in death by her mother Ramona C. Flores; brother, Daniel "Danny" O'Brien; and niece, Cathy Flores.

Josephine is survived by her daughter, Thelma (Brian L.) Ginn; Debra (Kyan L.) Barrios, Paula (Arturo) Ramirez; grandchildren, Abigail A. Montes, Kynan Barrios, Briana Ginn, Maya Z. Barrios, Leah J. Ginn, Guadalupe Ramirez, Arturo Ramirez Jr.; father, Jose Z. Flores; siblings, Frank (Gloria) Flores, Tomas (Lupe) Flores, Mona Ortega, Diana Sanchez, Lydia (Armando) Garcia; also surviving her are her numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and many other relatives and friends.-

Pallbearers will be: Kynan Brian, Arturo Ramirez, Brian Ginn, Frank Flores, Armando Garcia, Tomas Flores, Debra Barrios, and Thelma Ginn.

Honorary Pallbearer will be: Jose Z. Flores.
