José L. Serrano, 86 years, joined our Lord in His heavenly kingdom on Saturday, July 11, 2026.

He was preceded in death by his parents; Amador and Evangelina Serrano and by his brother, Juan Serrano.

Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of 59 years of marriage, María Antonia Serrano, Sandra (Andrew) Buruato, Cynthia (Daniel) DeBarros, Claudia (Rudy) Castellanos, Dinorah Zavala, Myrtha (Ricardo) Salazar, his grandchildren; Stephanie, Shannon, Danny, Mathew, Javier, Christoper, Brianna, Amanda, Ricardo II and Carlos; his great-grandchildren; Gaby, Amelia and Ricky III, his siblings; Ricardo Amador Serrano, Raúl Serrano and Amadilia Serrano, Also survived by; nephews, nieces, cousins, other loving relatives and friends.

The family will be having a memorial service on Saturday, July 18, 2026 at 1:30 pm at Casa de Oracion located at 5119 Fairfield Drive.

Cremation will be held at a later date.
