Jesus Herrera-Sevilla, 68, joined our Lord in His heavenly kingdom on Friday, March 27, 2026.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Joyce Deborah Herrera-Mireles; his parents, Jesus Herrera Lozano and Maria Luisa Salinas; his sister, Martha Cecilia Herrera-Sanmiguel; his brother-in-law, David Bogs.
Left to cherish his memory is his beloved wife of 48 years of marriage, Joyce Dunn Herrera; his children, Jesus Joaquin (Debra) Herrera, Erika Lizette Herrera, and Lilian Suzette (Luis) Perez; his son-in-law, Jose Antonio Mireles; his grandchildren, Brianna Lindsay Herrera, Kayla Christelle Herrera, Janelle Kate Herrera, Naima Ava Mireles, Jeshua Anthony Mireles, Jena Lynette Cadena, Megan Francheska Cadena, Roselie Joyce Herrera Dunn, and Logan Alister Perez; his great-granddaughter, Jaylianys Anahi Piñeiro; his sisters, Sanjuana Bogs, Maria Estela Herrera, and Maria del Carmen Herrera-Leon; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
The family will be receiving condolences on Friday evening, April 3, 2026 from 5 to 9 p.m. at Joe Jackson North Funeral Chapels & Cremation Services, 1410 Jacaman Rd.; where a Prayer Service will commence at 7 p.m.
Funeral Services will be conducted on Saturday morning, April 4, 2026 where a Chapel Service will commence at 10 a.m.
Rite of Committal and Interment will follow at the family plot of the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be: Jesus Joaquin Herrera, Jeshua Anthony Mireles, Sergio San Miguel, Luis Alberto Perez, Jose Antonio Mireles, and Guillermo De La Rosa.
Honorary Pallbearers will be: Jack Dunn, Jr., James Dunn, and Jesus Emiliano Miranda Herrera.
