Jeannette Acosta

Jeannette Ballesteros Acosta, 47, joined our Lord in His heavenly kingdom on Wednesday, September 2, 2020.

Jeannette was a hardworking individual, she was employed with Pete Gallegos Paving and thereafter, Westwind Homes. She enjoyed family gatherings, celebrating her birthday which usually fell around Easter in Aguilares, Texas, but most all, making memories with her husband and son. She was a beautiful, kind and loving woman who fought her battle with cancer courageously. She will be remembered for her gentle spirit, strength, and faith.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Elsa Garcia; father-in-law, Martin Acosta Sr.; maternal grandparents, Desiderio and Beatriz Ofelia Garcia and cousin, Pedro "Pete" Gallegos. Jr.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Richard Acosta, Sr.; son, Richard Acosta, Jr.; her father, Amador Ballesteros Sr.; mother-in-law, Laurentina Acosta and siblings, Amador Ballesteros Jr. and David (Belinda) Ballesteros. Further cherishing her memory are in-law’s, Laura (Pedro) Cisneros,  Martin Acosta, Braulio (Norma) Acosta, Carlos (Jackie) Acosta; nephews/nieces: Amanda Ballesteros, David Ballesteros Jr., Brian Ballesteros,  Faith Isabella Ballesteros and numerous relatives and friends.

The family will be receiving condolences on Thursday morning, September 10, 2020 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Christ Miracle Center, 4400 Sanders Ave. A religious service for the Deceased will commence at 11 a.m. where the officiating clergy will be Pastor Esther R. Gallegos.
