Gilberto was preceded in death by his wife: Consuelo Zamudio, parents: Manuel Zamudio and Maria de Jesus Ayala.
He is survived by his daughters: Maria Estela Zamudio, Ana Maria Zamudio, Lydia Ann Gomez, mother: Cecilia Zamudio, sisters: Griselda (Luis) Rodriguez, Josie Z. (Omar) Rodriguez, Erendira (Raul) Zamudio.-He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
