Francisco A. Beltran, 76, joined our Lord in His heavenly kingdom on Sunday, March 26, 2023.

He was preceded in passing by: his parents Luis Ramiro Beltran and Berta Lona; as well as by his brother Luis Beltran, Jr.

Left to cherish his memory is: his beloved wife Minerva Beltran; his children, Francisco (Elyse) Beltran, Jr., Marco (Diana) Beltran, Ricardo (Angie) Perez, Mario Perez, Jackie (Diana) Lewis, and Gerardo (Maggie) Beltran; grandchildren, Shae (Annabelle) Cordova, Mario Perez, Jr., Miranda Beltran, Jaqueline Lara, Sophia Lewis, Melinda Beltran, Gerardo Beltran, Jr., Shelby Lewis, Ryan Beltran, and Lauren Lewis; great-grandchildren, Kayla Cordova, Shae Cordova, Jr., and Jack Lara; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended relatives, and friends.

The family will be receiving condolences on Wednesday evening, March 29, 2023 from 5 to 9 p.m. at Joe Jackson North Funeral Chapels & Cremation Services, 1410 Jacaman Rd.; where a Vigil for the Deceased and Rosary will commence at 7 p.m.

Funeral Services will be conducted on Thursday morning, March 30, 2023 departing at 8 a.m. from Joe Jackson North Funeral Chapels to San Luis Rey Catholic Church for a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 8:30 a.m.

Rite of Committal and Interment will follow at the family plot of the Laredo City Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be: Francisco Beltran, Jr., Marco Beltran, Ricardo Perez, Jackie Lewis, Gerardo Beltran, Jr., Ryan Beltran, Shae Cordova, and Gerardo Beltran.
