Eulalia Medina, 82, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, December 4, 2019 at a local hospital having been surrounded by her loving family at her side.

She was preceded in death by her husband:  Rodolfo Medina; daughters:  Elia Imelda Medina and Gloria Garcia; grandsons Reyes Medina, Jr., Salvador Martinez and Raul Medina.

Left behind to cherish her memory are her children: Rodolfo (Teresa) Medina, Elsa (Ramon) Garcia, Angelica (Juan Antonio Rodriguez) Medina, Reyes (Nora Cirlos) Medina, Maricela (Salvador) Martinez, Rolando Medina; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, and other relatives and friends.

The family will be receiving condolences on Thursday evening, December 12, 2019 from 5 to 9 p.m. at Joe Jackson Heights Funeral Chapels & Cremation Services, 719 Loring at Cortez; where a Vigil for the Deceased and Rosary will commence at 7 p.m.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday morning, December 13, 2019 departing at 8:40 a.m. from Joe Jackson Heights Funeral Chapels to St. Joseph Catholic Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:00 a.m.

Rite of Committal and Interment will follow at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be: Rodolfo Medina, Jr., Reyes Medina, Rolando Medina, Ruben Medina, Juan Antonio Rodriguez, Jr., Francisco Medina, Maricela Medina, and Cynthia Garcia-Cortez.
