ESTHER R. MARTINEZ NOVEMBER 9, 1925 - APRIL 30, 2015 Esther R. Martinez, 89, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, April 30, 2015. She is survived by her loving husband Manuel Martinez Peralta; children, Pedro (Manuela) Pea, Maria Elena Perez, Laura Martinez Flores, Manuel Martinez, Jr., Carmen Zapata, Adolfo Martinez; grandchildren, Diana Pea, Gladys Perez, Grisel Jhurani, Marissa Sterl, Evan Flores, Leslie Martinez, Jose Manuel Martinez, Celina Carver, Andres Zapata, Esther Lucio, Lizette Martinez, great grandchildren; sisters, Maria de Jesus de Perez, and Maria Guadalupe de Elizondo. She is also survived by numerous loving relatives and friends. A special thanks to her caretakers, Lorena Mancia and Sandra Vargas. Visitation will be held Friday, May 1, 2015 at Joe Jackson Springfield Funeral Chapel, 1900 Springfield from 5 to 9 in the evening. A Rosary will be held at 7 in the evening. All services will conclude the same day. Cremation will be held at a later date.
