Ernestina Zertuche

Ernestina Zertuche, 62, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, December 18, 2013. Ernestina is preceded in death by her father: Roman Olivares Torres; husband: Alfredo Zertuche, Jr.; brothers: Ezequiel Olivares-Chavana, and Hector Jesus Olivares-Chavana. She is survived by her daughter: Tanya (Shaun) Rhodes; son: Alfredo Zertuche III.; grandson: Christian Edward Rhodes; brothers and sister: Roman (Beatriz) Olivares-Chavana, Omar (Leticia) Olivares-Chavana, and Zulema Olivares-Chavana, and her mother: Zulema Chavana-Gonzalez. She is also survived by other loving relatives and friends. Visitation will be held Friday, December 20, 2013 at Joe Jackson Heights Funeral Chapels, 719 Loring @ Cortez from 6 to 9 in the evening. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, December 21, 2013 at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. Everyone is encouraged to please meet at church. Interment will follow at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
