SEPTEMBER 26, 1951 - AUGUST 30, 2016

Mrs. Elsa G.Pruneda, 64, entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, August 30, 2016 in Laredo Texas, after a 3 year battle with breast cancer.

She was called into the loving hands of our Lord and reunited in Heaven with her parents: Jose Enrique Gonzalez and Minerva Rodriguez; twin brother Enrique "Kikito" Gonzalez; and grandparents, Leopoldo and Carolina Hernandez.

Elsa was loved and will be greatly missed by: her children, Carolina (David) Torres, Elsa (Robert) Burrier, and Francisco Pruneda III; her six grandchildren, Pete (Sarah) Molina IV, Alexis and Angela Torres, Patrick Pruneda, Francisco "Frankie" Pruneda IV, and Ryan W.Burrier; 2 great-granddaughters, Harlow and Harper Molina; as well as by uncles, Tomas and Rene Herrera.

The family will receive condolences on Thursday, September 01, 2016 from 5 to 9 p.m. at Joe Jackson North Funeral Chapels, 1410 Jacaman Rd.; where a Vigil for the Deceased and Rosary will be recited at 7 p.m.

Funeral Services will be conducted on Friday, September 02, 2016 departing at 9:30 a.m. from Joe Jackson North Funeral Chapels to St. Patrick Catholic Church, 555 E. Del Mar Blvd., for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m.

Rite of Committal and Interment will follow at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be: Francisco Pruneda III, Pete Molina, David Torres, Robert Burrier, Frank Sosa, and Tony Mayers.
