Eduvijen Medina Valdez, 84, joined our Lord in His heavenly kingdom on Friday, June 24, 2016.

Left to cherish her memory are her brothers and sisters: Francisco Medina (Delia) of Santa Clara, California, Ruben Medina (Maria) of Gilroy, California, Renato Medina of Eagle Pass, Texas, Mirta Medina of San Antonio, Texas, and Minerva Medina Rodriguez of Laredo, Texas; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday evening, June 28, 2016 from 5 to 9 p.m. at Joe Jackson Springfield Funeral Chapels, 1900 Springfield Ave.; where a Vigil for the Deceased and Rosary will commence at 6:30 p.m.

Funeral Services will be conducted on Wednesday morning, June 29, 2016 departing at 8:30 a.m. from Joe Jackson Springfield Funeral Chapels to Holy Family Catholic Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 9 a.m.

Interment will follow at the family plot in the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
