Dolores M. Martinez, 95, joined our Lord in His heavenly kingdom on Thursday, September 17, 2026.

She was preceded in death by her parents; Bernardino Moreno and Rosa Nava de Moreno, her son; Raul Martinez, and by her sisters; Petra Moreno Nava and Panfila Moreno Nava.

Left to cherish her memory are her children; Fernando (Esther), Julian (Guadalupe), Jose Luis (Norma), Manuel (Sandra), Leopold, Lina Laura Martinez (Roberto) Volpe, Maria I Martinez Juarez, Belen Martinez (Daniel) Lopez and Eliza Martinez (Rolando, Jr.) Elizalde, grandchildren that she raised as her own; Jay Lopez and Rolando Elizalde III, her 24 grandchildren, nieces; Rosa Herrera and Ana Lilia Martinez Moreno, nephew; Mario Rafael Martinez, Sr., great-grandnephew; Mario Rafael Martinez, also numerous great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.

The family will be receiving condolences on Tuesday, September 22, 2026, from 8 to 10:30 a.m. at Joe Jackson Heights Funeral Chapels & Cremation Service, 719 Loring at Cortez; where a Rosary will commence at 9 a.m. Procession will be departing at 10:30 a.m. from Joe Jackson Heights Funeral Chapels to Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m.

Rite of Committal and Interment will follow at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
