Dolores "Lolis" Garcia Cantu

Mrs. Dolores “Lolis” Garcia Cantu, 70, joined our Lord in His heavenly kingdom on Saturday, August 8, 2025.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jorge L. Lopez; son, Daniel Lopez; parents, Ruperto and Isabel Garcia; siblings, Ruperto Garcia Cantu, San Juana Garcia Mendoza, Feliciano Garcia-Cantu, Federico Garcia-Cantu, Martin Garcia and Alma Leticia Garcia.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Jorge Lopez Jr., Rafael Lopez; stepmom, Martina Garcia; siblings, Felipe (Idalia) Garcia, Maria J. (Jose Luis †) Cantu, Beninga (Pastor Esteban) Aranda, Manuel (Mireya) Garcia, Sara Alicia Garcia, Margarita (Eloy) Guerra, Anita (Alejandro) Benavides, Cecilia (Roberto) Ortiz, Patricia (Hector Manuel) Medina, Maria del Socorro ( Matthew) Nocente, Jose Ruperto Garcia, Vicente Garcia, Gregorio Garcia; grandchildren, Jazzlin Lopez, Alicia Lopez, Daniel Lopez, Isabel Lopez, Joshua Muñoz, Jeremiah Muñoz, and Jissel Lopez; along with numerous nephews, nieces, and other loving relatives and friends.

The family will be receiving condolences on Friday, August 15, 2025 from 5 to 9 p.m. at Joe Jackson North Funeral Chapels & Cremation Services, 1410 Jacaman Rd.; where a prayer service will commence at 7 p.m.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 16, 2025 at Joe Jackson North Funeral Chapels where a chapel service will commence at 10:00 a.m. 

Rite of Committal and Interment will follow at the family plot of the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
