The family is grateful for the constant and devoted care provided by Diana’s caregivers, Maria Cuevas, Yolanda Cuevas, Orfalinda Lozano, Juana Rodriguez, and Celia Morales; and for her spiritual guides, Sister Rosemary Welsh, Sister María Teresa, Hermana Rosa Margarita Bejarano Ramos, and Father Juan Mercado.

The family would also like to thank the medical staff of Altus Hospice, especially nurse Marqui Ramirez, the office of Dr. Benson Huang, and her sister-in-law, Nurse Practitioner Tammy M. Treviño. Additionally, a special abrazo for her lifetime friend, Elena Holloway.

Most of all, the family would like to thank Diana’s sister, Annie, who retired from teaching to care for Diana after her ALS diagnosis. They feel beyond blessed to have Annie in their lives and are immensely grateful for the special time Annie has spent with Diana over the last five years.
