Diamantina Pena
February 9, 1945 — January 29, 2012
Diamantina V. Pena, 66, joined our Lord in His heavenly kingdom on Sunday, January 29, 2012. Mrs. Pena devoted her life to the caring of others; she was a nurse for 40 industrious years.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Eduardo and Amparo Ruiz Vela and sisters, Amparo and Anita Vela.
Diamantina is survived by her beloved husband, Jose Ramon Pena; children, Patricia (Jose Hector) Soto, Priscilla (Bonifacio) Pruneda, Pereida Pena (Rodolfo) Lopez, III, Pamela (Armando) Hernandez, Jr. and Jose Ramon (Jacqueline) Pena, Jr.; grandchildren, Bernice, Alfonso, Esteban, Moises, Jacob, Priscilla, Esmeralda, Valeria, Armando, III, Hector, Emmanuel, Viktoria, Deyanira, Jose Ramon, III, Jennifer and Stephanie; great-granddaughters, Brianna, Allison and Hayliee; and her brothers and sister, Rogelio (Patricia) Vela, Alfredo Vela and Gloria Tiscareno.
Pallbearers will be: Jose Ramon Pena, Jr., Armando Hernandez, Jr., Esteban Pena, Alfonso Pruneda, Rodolfo Lopez, Jose Hector Soto, Bonifacio Pruneda.
