February 29, 1920 — March 16, 2017
Consuelo Viera, 97, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, March 16, 2017.
She is preceded in death by her mother Rosa Sanchez; aunts, Manuela Sanchez Martinez, Josefa Sanchez Cantu, Carmen Sanchez Ramos; grandparents, Feliciano and Josefa Vargas de Sanchez.
She is survived by her nephew Carlos G. Valdez; along with other numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, loving relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held Saturday, March 18, 2017, at Joe Jackson Heights Funeral Chapels, 719 Loring at Cortez, from 8:00 a.m. to 10:10 a.m.
Procession will then depart the same morning, at 10:10 a.m. from the chapel to Holy Family Catholic Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m.
Rite of Committal and Interment will follow at the Laredo City Cemetery.
