Consuelo V. Salinas, 78, joined our Lord in His heavenly kingdom on Sunday, May 28, 2023.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Dr. Ezequiel Salinas, Jr.; parents, Cristobal and Consuelo Valdez; sisters, Elisa Valdez Urteaga, and Leticia Valdez.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Christina (Dr. Ricardo) Castillon, Dr. Adriana Salinas, Dr. Ezequiel (Elisa) Salinas; grandchildren, Ricardo Castillon, Alejandro Castillon, Eduardo Castillon, Fernando Gael Gonzalez, Elisa Salinas, Marcelo Gonzalez, Eriana Salinas, Edelina Salinas; siblings, Cristobal Valdez, Alexander Valdez, Patricia Valdez Treviño, and Jorge Valdez.  She is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.

The family will be receiving condolences on Sunday evening, June 4, 2023 from 5pm to 9pm at Joe Jackson Heights Funeral Chapel & Cremation Services, 719 Loring at Cortez.; where a Vigil for the Deceased and Rosary will commence at 7 p.m.

Funeral Services will be held on Monday morning, June 5, 2023 departing at 9:30 a.m. from Joe Jackson Heights Funeral Chapels to Mother Cabrini Catholic Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m.

Rite of Committal and Interment will follow at the family plot of the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be: Ricardo Castillon, Alejandro Castillon, Eduardo Castillon, Fernando G. Gonzalez, Marcelo Gonzalez, Dr. Ezequiel Salinas, and Dr. Ricardo Castillon.
