Mrs. Carmen G. Ramirez, 100 years of age, entered into her eternal home in the Kingdom of Heaven on Wednesday, September 21, 2016 at a local hospital. She was surrounded by her immediate family at the time of her passing.

She is preceded in death by her beloved husband: Adalberto Ramirez Sr.; her parents as well as by her brothers and sisters: Santiago Gutierrez, Jr., Horacio “Lacho” Gutierrez, Sophia Gutierrez, Martha Esquivel and Irma Gutierrez.

Left behind to cherish her memory is her son: Adalberto Ramirez Jr.; grandson: Adalberto (Jennifer) Ramirez III, granddaughter: Isabel Ramirez and a great grandson: Adalberto Ramirez IV; as well as by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.

The family will receive condolences from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Sunday, September 25, 2016 at Joe Jackson Heights Funeral Chapels, 719 Loring at Cortez, Laredo, TX 78040; a Rosary will be recited at 7 p.m.

Funeral procession will depart the funeral home at 9:40 a.m. on Monday, September 26, 2016 to Christ the King Catholic Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m.

Rite of Committal and Interment will follow at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
