Beatriz Salas

Mrs. Beatriz Salas, 96, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, July 26, 2017.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Juan Salas; her sons, Gilbert (Emma) Salas and Daniel Salas; her grandson, Gilbert Salas, Jr.; and numerous brothers and sisters.

She is survived by her daughter Rosalinda (Jose Luis) Castaneda; her sons, Juan (Reba) Salas, Jr., Jose (Ruth +) Salas, Ruben (Martha) Salas, Ernesto (Dianne) Salas, Rolando (Teresa) Salas, Ricardo (Nora) Salas, Arturo (Patricia) Salas, and her sister Emma Barrios. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, and great-great-great-grandchildren; among other loving relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held Friday, July 28, 2017, at Joe Jackson Heights Funeral Chapels, 719 Loring at Cortez from 5 to 9 in the evening. A Rosary will be held at 7 in the evening.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 29, 2017 departing the funeral home at 8:30 a.m. to San Martin de Porres Catholic Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:00 a.m.

Rite of Committal and Interment will follow at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
