Baby Boy Jose Chavez entered into heaven on Thursday, April 6, 2017.
Baby Chavez is survived by his mother Monica Chavez; 4 brothers and 1 sister; his maternal grandmother, Reyna Chavez; along with numerous uncles, aunts, and other loving relatives.
Visitation will be held Saturday, April 8, 2017 from 6 to 9 in the evening at Joe Jackson Springfield Funeral Chapel, 1900 Springfield; with a Rosary at 7 in the evening.
Services will conclude the same day in the chapel.
