El Sr. Armando Caton Lerma entro a la presencia de nuestro Señor Jesucristo el día jueves 29 de enero del 2026 a la edad de 86 años rodeado de su familia.

Le preceden en fallecimiento sus padres: Refugio y Agapita Lerma; su hermano y hermanas: Mario H. Lerma, Maria Andrea Lerma y Lucia E. Jaramillo.

Su memoria será recordada por su esposa de 50 años de casados: Gregoria Lerma; sus hijos: Armando (Angelica) Lerma Jr. y Fernando Lerma; sus nietos: Armando C. Lerma III, Alexandro J. Lerma, Alexa K. Lerma y Adrian K. Lerma; su hermano y hermanas: Maria Del Refugio Martinez, Lucas Roberto Lerma y Elsa (Humberto) Garcia; además de un gran número de sobrinas, sobrinos, demás familiares y amigos queridos.

Los asistentes al servicio funerario se recibirán el día domingo 1 de febrero del 2026 a partir de las 8 de la mañana hasta las 10:30 de la mañana en la Capilla Fúnebre Joe Jackson North, 1410 Jacaman Rd. Un servicio en capilla se realizará a las 8:30 de la mañana.

Mr. Armando Caton Lerma entered into the presence of our Lord Jesus Christ on Thursday, January 29, 2026, at the age of 86, surrounded by his family.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Refugio and Agapita Lerma; and his siblings, Mario H. Lerma, Maria Andrea Lerma, and Lucia E. Jaramillo.

He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 50 years of marriage, Gregoria Lerma; his sons, Armando (Angelica) Lerma Jr. and Fernando Lerma; his grandchildren, Armando C. Lerma III, Alexandro J. Lerma, Alexa K. Lerma, and Adrian K. Lerma; his siblings, Maria Del Refugio Martinez, Lucas Roberto Lerma, and Elsa (Humberto) Garcia; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and dear friends.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 1, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at Joe Jackson North Funeral Chapel, 1410 Jacaman Rd. A Chapel Service will be held at 8:30 a.m.

The funeral procession will depart from Joe Jackson North Funeral Chapel on Sunday, February 1, 2026, at 10:30 a.m., where he will be laid to rest at the Laredo City Cemetery.
