Andres Cantu Jr.

Andres Cant, Jr., 73, passed away on Monday, October 03, 2011 in Lake Charles, Louisiana. Mr. Cantu served his country in the Army during the Vietnam War and was stationed in Germany for two years. He retired after 28 years of loyal service. After his retirement from the Army, he worked for 16 years until his retirement with the Webb County, Road and Bridge Department. Mr. Cantu loved to travel and going to casinos, but nothing compared to spending time with his loved ones.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Ruben Cantu.

He is survived by his loving wife, Maria D. Cantu; daughters, Shannon (Tom) White, Mary (David) Cantu Crunch, Denise J. Villarreal, Katalin Andrea Griffin; and step-daughters, Yetlanesy (Ricardo) Rivera, Victor H. (Blanca) Bello, and Naila I. (Jorge) Sosa. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
