Ana Maria Garcia
June 25, 1935 – June 23, 2025
Ana Maria Garcia, 89, joined our Lord in His heavenly kingdom on Monday, June 23, 2025.
Ana Maria was a woman of unwavering faith and strength. A devoted Catholic, she devoted much of her life to serving others through her involvement in the ACTS retreat as well as the Cursillo and Search movements, where she found joy in fostering spiritual growth and community. Her dedication to her faith was paramount. She also brought her warmth and professionalism to her role as a cosmetologist as well as during her tenure in the banking industry.
The family would like to give a special thank you to her physician of many years, Dr. Adonis Zuniga-Goldwater, Atlus Hospice, and her loving nurse Jerry Villarreal, her CNA, Kristal and all the staff who assisted in her final days. Although her village had a constant loving presence, the family would like to acknowledge three loving living angels whose selfless love dedication and service will never be forgotten; Sylvia Rosales, Mary Lou Lopez and Maria Teresa Santos.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Enrique F. Garcia; her son, Rene Mario Garcia; her parents, Alejandro de Luna and Ana Zardenetta de Luna
Left to cherish her memory are her children, Enrique T. (Delia S.) Garcia M.D., Gerardo R. (Dora Alicia) Garcia, Ana Teresa (Ramon Sr.) Salinas; her daughter-in-law, Aimee; grandchildren, Aaron W.
