Amber Rey Charles

It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of Amber Rey Charles, beloved daughter, sister, granddaughter, and friend, who departed this life on April 22, 2026, at the age of 13. Amber was born on March 8, 2013, a radiant light that brought joy and love to all who knew her.

Amber is survived by her devoted parents, Angelica Rodriguez and Xavier Charles; her brother, Jaxon Xavier Charles; maternal grandparents, Aida and Ricardo Rodriguez; paternal grandparents, Rolando and Alicia Charles; maternal aunts and uncles, Armando (Daisy) Rodriguez and Ricardo (Gracie) Rodriguez Jr.; paternal aunts and uncles, Rolando (Angelina) Charles Jr., David (Yazmin) Charles, and Hector (Ana) Mejia. In addition, Amber leaves behind numerous cousins, other loving relatives, and a multitude of friends whose lives she touched with her kindness and spirit.

May Amber Rey Charles rest in peace, embraced by the love of her family and the warmth of cherished memories.

The family will be receiving condolences on Wednesday evening, April 29, 2026 from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Joe Jackson North Funeral Chapels, 1410 Jacaman Rd, where a Rosary will commence at 7 p.m.

Funeral Services will be conducted on Thursday morning, April 30, 2026, departing at 9:30 a.m. from Joe Jackson North Funeral Chapels to St. Patrick Catholic Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m.

A private cremation will be held at a later date.
