Alicia D. Laurel

Alicia Laurel, 91, joined our Lord in His heavenly kingdom on Thursday, October 06, 2022. 

Alicia dedicated her life to her passion for cosmetology, from being a cosmetology teacher at J.W. Nixon for many years, to owning several beauty salons throughout her lifetime. 

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Jesus P. Laurel, her brothers and sisters; Armando De Luna, Amelia Kazen, Adelfa Mandes, Alejandro de Luna, Amador de Luna, and Alfredo de Luna.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughter Diana A. Laurel and her son Jaime J. Laurel, her grandchildren; Danyel A. (Jessica) Salazar and Isaura J. Laurel, her sisters; Angelina († Tom) Slee, and Ana Maria († Henry) Garcia as well as numerous relatives and friends. 

A private cremation will be held at a later date.
